1. Free Exchange Policy

We offer a Free Exchange within 7 days of purchase should you be dissatisfied with the product or identify any manufacturing issues or defects upon unboxing.

Exchange Procedure:

1. Attendance: Kindly present the product and original Proof of Purchase at your closest Seetha Showroom.
2. Assessment: Our trained staff will conduct a quick verification of the purchase and the issue.
3. Replacement: Upon successful assessment, you may immediately select a suitable replacement product to fulfil your specific requirements.

2. Notification and Return Process

For any return request – whether for an exchange, a full refund, or store credit – you must formally notify our customer support team within 5 calendar days of receiving the item.

Return Notification and Approval:

1. Contact: Initiate the return by contacting us via info@transglobal.lk or Hotline: +94 71 854 4444. Clearly state your reason for return and provide your order number.
2. Review: Our dedicated team will promptly review your request to ascertain that the reason for return is considered reasonable and valid.

3. Money Back Guarantee (Refund Procedure)

Our Money Back Guarantee is contingent upon the return being notified within 5 days and the subsequent item inspection being satisfactory.

Conditions for a Reasonable and Valid Return:

A return is typically deemed valid if:

• The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
• The incorrect product was delivered.
• The product is returned in its original, pristine condition, unused, and within the original, undamaged packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and the Warranty Card. Returns based on a change of mind must adhere strictly to these pristine conditions.
